Terms and Conditions for Linux Foundation Voucher-Based Purchases
Final Sale; No Refunds All Linux Foundation certification voucher purchases, including any subscription bundles purchased together with a Linux Foundation certification via KodeKloud, are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under these Terms and Conditions.
Impact on Existing Subscriptions If a user purchases a Linux Foundation certification voucher separately while holding an active KodeKloud annual subscription, their current annual subscription will immediately become non-refundable. Users may still choose to cancel their annual subscription renewal going forward, but no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.
Eligibility; India-Only Payments Purchases under this program are strictly limited to individuals and entities who are resident in India and who complete transactions using India-based payment methods only. Accepted payment instruments include:
INR-denominated credit or debit cards,
Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and
Indian net-banking facilities. Transactions initiated outside India, or made using non-India issued payment instruments, are not eligible under this program.
Invalid Transactions and Cancellation Any purchase that breaches the eligibility requirements in Section 2 shall be deemed invalid. This includes, without limitation:
transactions initiated from outside the territory of India; or
transactions made using non-India issued payment cards or other non-India payment instruments.
KodeKloud (or the Linux Foundation, as applicable) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any such invalid order(s).
Refunds for Invalid Orders (Net of Fees) If an order is cancelled under Section 3, KodeKloud (or the Linux Foundation, as applicable) may, at its sole discretion, refund the purchaser the amount paid, less any applicable administrative or payment-processing fees. Refunds issued under this Section are discretionary and apply only to the circumstances expressly described herein.
No Other Refund Obligations Except as provided under Section 4, neither KodeKloud nor the Linux Foundation shall be obligated to provide any refund or credit for certification or subscription purchases made through the Linux Foundation landing page. These Terms and Conditions supersede any conflicting general refund policy.
Linux Foundation Re-attempt Voucher Policy
A Linux Foundation re-attempt certification voucher will only be issued if the user has an active annual KodeKloud subscription at the time of the request.
Users without an active subscription will not be eligible for a re-attempt voucher, regardless of their exam status.
This condition aligns with the eligibility requirements applied when purchasing a new voucher.
