We're a remote-first team of builders, educators and operators. Our work makes technical learning practical - the kind that holds up in real jobs, not just in a course completion screen.
KodeKloud started because most technical training didn't prepare people for actual work. Videos taught syntax, but not how to debug a broken pipeline at 11pm. So we built hands-on labs and real environments instead, and our students loved them.
Today we're a small, distributed team - ~110 people across ~20 countries - working on the courses, labs, and a platform that millions of engineers learn with. The work here is direct. There are no committees between you and the thing you're building.
If you ship something this week, learners will use it next week.
Meetings are the exception. Most decisions happen in writing, on Slack threads and shared docs, so anyone in any timezone can participate without being on a call at midnight. Expect to write more than you speak.
You'll own meaningful surface area from week one. There isn't a layer of managers between you and the work, which means more autonomy, and more responsibility for getting things over the line.
We didn't 'go' remote, we've been remote since the beginning. And you can see this in our team, spread across - 20 countries and 22 timezones, with no headquarters and no 'main office' anyone reports to.
We teach hands-on skills, and we hire for that. The bias here is toward shipping, testing, and iterating, not long planning cycles. If you've ever been frustrated by months of strategy decks before anything ships, you'll feel at home.
Spread across ~20 countries and 22 timezones. Here are a few of the people behind the labs, courses and platform.

Try againWe try to keep this honest and short. For most roles, the process looks like this:
We get a lot of applications, so sometimes it can take a few days for us to get back to you
A call with someone on the hiring team to talk through your background, what you're looking for, and how the role works. This is as much for you as it is for us.
A real piece of work that resembles what you'd actually do here.
You'll meet the Hiring Manager and a few more people you'd work with directly.
We aim to come back fast either way. If we extend an offer, we'll walk you through it
We're remote-first from day one. The team works from homes, co-working spaces, and everywhere in between - we care about outcomes, not hours logged. We do make time to meet in person for a few days each year.
Comprehensive health coverage tailored to where you live, plus fully paid parental leave and flexible practices for the parts of life that don't fit into a calendar invite. We hire people for the long run, and we want them in good shape for it.
Learning is our product, and it's how the team operates internally too. Everyone gets a dedicated annual learning budget and the time to use it - whether you're going deeper in your craft or picking up something new on the side.
A flexible annual budget you can spend on what actually supports your life: fitness, meals, childcare, pet care, family support. Everyone's life looks different - we trust you to pick what helps.
