Unable to create RDS instance at aws cloud playground

Hi there
i’m trying to launch RDS instance at cloud playground,but im unable to proceed further as getting following error
User: arn:aws:iam::037671897032:user/kk_labs_user_475520 is not authorized to perform: rds:DescribeDBInstances on resource: arn:aws:rds:ap-south-1:037671897032:db: with an explicit deny in a service control policy*

please assist in resolving the issue

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can see from the error message that you are trying to create a resource in the restricted region.

Please try to create resources in the supported regions, you can find the list in the link below:
