Unable to create EKS cluster on AWS playground_Region us-east-1

I am getting below error while creating EKS cluster.

I am trying to create on us-east-1 region only but still getting this error. Please advise what we can do in order to solve this issue.

User: arn:aws:iam::163665808200:user/kk_labs_user_864479 is not authorized to perform: iam:PassRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::163665808200:role/admin

Thanks it’s resolved.
I am able to create K8’s cluster
