Hi, I cannot create a user in AWS playground. getting error like “User was not created.
User: arn:aws:iam::679180227220:user/kk_labs_user_882933 is not authorized to perform: iam:CreateUser on resource: arn:aws:iam::679180227220:user/test because no identity-based policy allows the iam:CreateUser action”
