CKA Course Updates for upcoming exam changes (1.19)

Hello there, We hope that you are well during these uncertain times. We have made a few updates to the Certified Kubernetes Administrators course to keep up with the exam curriculum changes which is expected to take effect from the 1st of September 2020.
