Cant create eks node group

Im trying to create an EKS cluster.
I set up the cluster with Cluster service role name: eksClusterRole
Now the EKS is ready and im trying to create Node Group.
I need a role for that and i can’t create it.

Details: User: arn:aws:iam::730335474585:user/kk_labs_user_400991 is not authorized to perform: eks:CreateNodegroup on resource: arn:aws:eks:us-east-1:730335474585:cluster/test
