I have been doing the 100 days of cloud for a while now and after finishing 13 tasks next labs got locked and earlier I saw many tasks were unlocked.

Could you please share which subscription you are on?
For Free and Standard subscriptions , each task in the 100 Days campaign will only be available after the previous task is marked as Completed . If a task is completed today successfully, the next task will be activated the next day.
