Yearly subscription refund

I just sent my yearly subscription request from my gmail : to [email protected] but still no reply , can some one check and help me please

First, you probably don’t want to put your email address out there in public, lest you get hacked by somebody :frowning: So you should erase that.

How long has it been since you sent the email? It typically takes a day or so, and things happen fastest during the day in India, which is just starting now. But the [email protected] are the right people to be talking to.

Thanks for the advice , i just sent email early this morning I am at timezone GMT + 7 it has been few hours still no reply so I really concerned about it

Within 24 hours would be a normal response time; they’re pretty good about getting back to people, so not to worry.
