It passes without --record too.

Are you sure you were in the correct context (esp. after setting it in Q2).
When a namespace is not mentioned in a question, you assume it will be default

yes that is true. Default should be the one. I just wish if there could be a way to record all the solutions as attempted. Since the session is lost, iā€™m not able to get the actual error /fault from my side.

You can video your session using Snipping tool as well

You can get all your command history from the session by running

history

and the end and copying it to notepad.
