Why can't I create a VM in Azure?

I am just winging it and making a first attempt…thanks. Says failed.

Hi,
Make sure to use either standard SSD or HDD (locally-redundant storage)

Thank you…

This is the location of that setting just in case this helps anyone:

It seems to be working, however:

I am not comfortable using RDP because that could cause problems in my environment. Is there another way to see and work within the VM (GUI) I created without downloading anything? The GUI view doesn’t need to be pretty but it would need to look as good as it would on a Hyper-V or VMWare console. Thanks.

I would like to create a new Bastion to remedy this issue. When I try, I get the following…can you help? Thanks.

{ “shellProps”: { “sessionId”: “30bf67f33fc445feb4700c5eb1e6822c”, “extName”: “HubsExtension”, “contentName”: “ResourceMenuBlade”, “resourceId”: “/subscriptions/b2aec48f-6dad-4d57-ad25-dad521fe74a4/resourceGroups/ODL-azure-1142571/providers/Microsoft.Network/bastionHosts/baller-vnet-bastion” }, “error”: { “message”: “Resource not found”, “code”: 404, “details”: { “htmlTemplate”: “The resource was not found, it may have been deleted. Hi @baller777,

I apologize for the delayed response. I’ve received an update from the team regarding the Azure Bastion Service.
This service is relatively new, and its development and testing will take some time. The team is dedicated to ensuring that the service aligns with all necessary security measures before its release.
Please be assured that we are working diligently to bring this service on next quarter. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Regards,

I request you to please use the other connect options to access the Azure VMs.
