Why Aurora Serverless doesn't appear?

I’m trying to create an Aurora Serverless, but the options don’t appear on my AWS Console.

I the demo video of Cloud Practitioner shows that it appear after the creation of an Aurora Server.
There is necessary?

Why?

Is this for one of the labs or for one of our playgrounds (in which case, please give us a link to where you’re looking), or somewhere else? I’m a little confused by your question.

There is in my account.
I couldn’t see the option to create an Aurora Serverless.
I’m want to know if there are some restriction or configuration that avoid it.
I review in various regions and there is the same behavior, the option doesn’t appear.
