kodekloud azure playground doesn’t allow user creation or service principle creation for other resource authentication.
most of the courses are feel like theoretical.can some one help me with this.

I recommend you as a complementary tool to use a real MS Azure subscription. Playgrounds and Sandbox are an easy way to try specific things, but they are really limited.
