Please practice again and again, practice is the key to pass the exams and also bookmark documentation link, it will help alot.
I did preparation only using above resources

actually, the CKAD exercises on github are nice but not enough
in the lightning labs and the mock exam, time management is the most important part

even if you finish the dgkanatsios exercices perfectly, you will fail the exam if it takes you too long
