This is awful for a few reasons:

Discord is a chat medium and doesn’t have a hierarchical tagged Bulletin Board wiki content as they do here.
Discord compromises security/privacy, so basically you’re saying your customers need to compromise their security/privacy to communicate. This is unethical.
Discord doesn’t have rich code block support afforded in markdown within the Discourse server.
