i have registered yesterday. i am not able watch the videos/course in web browser however it plays well in android mobile however as you know mobile has very small screen. lab also does not open in web. need your help.
What browser are you using? Our site tends to run best in Chrome, but Firefox typically also works well. If you look in your browser’s dev tools, you can find what’s causing problems. Some extensions interfere (particularly some ad-blockers), and some Windows settings interfere with the browser using cookies, which our site requires.
i am using chrome…tried in firefox as well
Our videos run on Vimeo’s platform, and your browser needs to allow that site, along with the network you’re accessing our videos from, which will need to allow for vimeo.com content. Please look over their troubleshooting page to make sure you’re not running something that prevents our videos from working.
We run our labs on our own platform, but some browser extensions or problems can interfere with our labs. You’ll want to make sure that you’re not getting errors related to cookie access or local storage in your browser (open your browser tools to check this). Windows in particular has some default settings that can create problems with this.
