Virtualbox is not offering me the option to use 64-bit Linux

I am having challenges setting up my home lab on my PC as the Virtualbox is not offering me the option to use 64-bit Linux despite enabling virtualisation on the Bios.

My Lenovo Laptop is on Windows 10 and have a 64-bit CPU however only 32-bit Linux options are available during installation. I have enabled virtualisation on the Bios too as per these screenshot attached. Please help.
