Videos are not playing in google chrome installed mac m1 chip

Hi,

I am using apple MacBook Air (M1, 2020). I have installed Google Chrome and started the course Docker Associate Exam. The video is paused at 1:02 and not playing at all. So I tried to run in Safari, then the video is playing fine.

There are two issues found:

  1. In the browser Safari the video content is playing fine, but the frames are not supportable like for the lab exercises, I am going to hide the curriculum, the frames are unsupportive.

  2. In the Google Chrome browser, the frames are very supportive like for the lab exercises, if I am going to hide the curriculum, then I will be getting the full screen, like in Windows Machine. But the major problem is that video is not playing at all.

Please note this is happening from each and every course content. So request you to do needful for me.

Hi @sandeep.balibada , did you try using Chrome with a incognito/private window, or maybe deactivating any extensions?
