Video playback issue. 1080p not avaiable

Video play back issue. I have 300mbps internet, But video keeps buffering on loading videos even in 720p. 1080p not avaiable in any videos.

Yeah, but for me It doesnt. For me this issue is present in every video. Since 1 month all video becomes unwatchable.

Where are you located? Sounds like there is an issue with how much you can get in your internet down channel, so your network/ISP may well be relevant here.

I have a high speed broadband. But 1080p option is inaccessible.

Since these are Vimeo widgets, your location might be relevant, since upstream from your ISP might not be seemless. Hence my asking.

This appears to be related to Vimeo’s DRM settings. I’m not sure why you’re not getting 1080 video (I just checked for this lecture, and I am getting that). So we’ll need get data and get it to Vimeo.

Here’s a guide about the issue and what data we need to troubleshoot this in your configuration. The data needs to go to [email protected], which is coordinating this. The guide also suggests things to try (which are browser dependendent) you can try to improve the rendering of the video, particularly if you’re using Google Chrome.

Please look this over, try what’s in the guide, and if you can, send your data to us, and we’ll work with Vimeo to get this fixed for you.

Well, somehow it is resolved now.
