Can you capture a screenshot and provide the information about your browser?
Could you try with cognito mode of chrome and see if it work?

Hi i do have the same issue. i have been trying with different browsers. Videos hangs up in the middle and are very slow.

Are you on behind the proxy? If yes, please disable it.
