Very very very very very very very bad experience on iPad with Safari

i am using an ipad pro 2018 with an external keyboard-touchpad-combo - the experience is the same no matter what you use - to do the training on kodekloud but its soooooooooooo fu***** frustrating. It takes more then double time for me to get everything done in a lab when I use kodekloud on my iPad instead of my Macbook. I really hate it!!!
I really like the idea
but its soooooooooooooooooo very very very bad implemented that I will not use it anymore before these issues are fixed:

  • No ctrl+c possible to stop a command from running, nowhere => If something does not work as it should you have to start again soooooo annoying
  • terminals cannot be closed they just stay open all the time
  • safari or kodekloud looses connection to lab and does not respond for many seconds sometimes more then 10 after switching to another window eg. kubernetes docs and back to the lab
  • sometimes its not possible to use copy and paste inside the terminal sometimes it works
  • page up and page down with cmd + left/right arrow do not work. everywhere else it works fine
  • labs do not save anything and when it breaks - which happens a lot - you have to start from the beginning => Very annoying when you use the kodekloud engineer!!!
my solution so far write everything external eg. in github with vscode and copy it, which should not be the idea of this software
  • no screen recording possible in safari to provide feedback => Really you want not to have feedback? wow that’s pretty pretty bad
  • scrolling inside the terminal is not possible as my touchpad is using the website and not the terminal => so far my workaround is to mark the text which is a very poor solution.
