Seeing the question it looked pretty simple to me but after modifying the deployment using the kubectl edit command the deployment did not roll out.
I tried a manual roll out using “k -n test rollout status deploy ” but it was just waiting with the error Waiting for rollout to finish: 0 out of 1 new replicas have been updated...
Did someone answer what might be going wrong here?
Please tell us the link to the lab in question; this will make it possible to try it out and see what’s going on for you.
