unble to use labs and create cloudfront distribustion while performing cloudops course
Also unable to create eks cluster then what is the use of your sandbox ?
support is pathatic i want one to one to resolve this issues

Currently, CloudFront is disabled due to some security reasons. We will try to enable the service as soon as possible. I’ll notify you when it’s enabled.

You can create an EKS Cluster by referring to our guide here.
