unable to watch videos on all courses

unable to watch videos on all courses. getting “Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.” on incognito mode worked. tried to clear the cache and cookies nothing helps.

any help pls?

hi thanks for replying i found the issue.

its was my bitdefender add-on in the browser that cause the issue
