Unable to watch video on my Laptop

I am facing an issue where the videos in my course are not playing/working on the platform. I have tried accessing them multiple times, but they still do not work.

Could you please check this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible?

Try clearing the site-specific data from the Browser, I think that will help.
