Unable to update password each time in terminal

I’m unable to enter the password in the terminal after entering a command. For eg. sudo apt install firefox, it asks for sudo password but the cursor doesn’t move only. not able to update. please check screenshot

Hi @leesa.chaubey,
You need to type the given password correctly when you get this prompt. It won’t display the plain password from a security perspective. After typing correctly, please press the “Enter” button.

I will update the bob’s password for that question.
