Unable to start AWS Sandbox

Hello Mumshad and KodeKloud Team,

Whenever I try to access AWS Sandbox, I have been taken to the Pricing Page. I am already having a Kodekloud Pro Yearly Subscription.

Kindly check as it is hampering my learning.

Previously issue was resolved but today I am facing an account hold issue.
The annual renewal of the subscription happened on 01-Sep-2023 and the amount auto deducted from the bank account.

It is hampering my learning.
