Unable to open Terminal in engineer labs

Hi Team,

I am unable to open Terminal in any task in engineering labs. Please check and let me know how can it be solved.

Could you please share a screenshot of the issue? I’ve just checked KKE Kubernetes, and it’s working properly.

Please check to make sure that your browser has “Graphic Acceleration” ON. The terminal code needs that to be active to work correctly.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for reply but I use Safari and I believe ititss by default enabled on it. Also it was working fine before and stopped working from last few days.

Two things to try:

Use Chrome instead.
Use the equivalent of an “incognito window” (not sure what this is called for Safari).
