Unable to Launch the labs

Unable to launch the lab at https://learn.kodekloud.com/user/courses/udemy-labs-microsoft-agent-framework-fundamentals

Guessing this is a brand new course, but the way you get access to the labs is the same as for our other Udemy courses – you need to be logged into our kodekloud.com site (you may need to register an account first). I can get into the labs, and if you’re logged in, you should be able to as well.

I’m very much logged in. This is the screen shot I took Unable to Launch Labs for Learning Progression. Even now I’m getting the same issue

That could be a different issue, but still browser side: a corrupt cookie in your local storage is a possible cause of the screen not rendering right, as might be some browser extensions you could be using. Assuming you’re not running something like an ad blocker (these can screw up some things), please try:

  • Clearing your browser cache.
  • Logging back in and trying the lab link again.

No still the lab is not launched. I keep getting it took too much time to launch this lab.

Lab 1 came up in about 15 seconds for me. Not sure why it’s taking longer for you. What browser are you using, and does it have any plugins or extensions (especially ad blockers and similar things)?

I do not know why it happens. I use google chrome. I just have adobe PDF extension and Google docs extension running

Could you please try an Incognito window for this lab? This is a weird screen – I’ve never seen it before – so I’m not sure why you’d get the instruction you’re getting in the screen shot. Your browser should be standard enough. You might be using a local network (say, at your work) that interferes with the lab rendering. Very strange problem.

Might be the case. Using the Udemy-linked menu in KodeKloud is a less used path; that might indeed be the problem. In general, using the direct links from Udemy are the best way to access our labs.
