Unable to interact with my terminal during lab

I haven’t been able to use back space while doing my lab, in terminal and in vi mode to edit my file

  1. What browser are you using on what OS?
  2. Have you tried running in “Incognito” style windows?

Weird problem, not seen with other users.

i am using chrome on my windows OS. i haven’t tried running it in incognito mode yet
