Unable to Google.com from centos guest hosted on Windows Host

I am unable to ping google.com from Centos guest.

Device enp0s3 is up
IP is assigned to it. IP is 192.168.1.139/24
I can reach my default gateway(192.168.1.1) from Host.
In VM settings under network it shows connected
Network adapter type used is bridged.

very weird! Can you share a screenshot with the output of ip a and ping google.com?
