Unable to enable the Kubernets engine API in GCP

trying to enable as per demo instructions, but am not. The pop-up says that “Billing required” to enable the Kubernetes engine API

Can you please share where you are trying to spin up a GKE cluster?
It’s in a KodeKloud lab/Playground or your own GCP environment?
