Unable to download my Certificate

I couldn’t download my course completion certificate. Even I complete the course. When I try to download the certificate I can see the 404 error message .

I also have the same problem going on.
Please tell me how to solve this issue.
I have also mailed the support team.
But till now they have not responded.
