In the Terraform+AWS playground - I am trying to deploy API Gateway but the option is greyed out. Does the user have permissions to create it?
Using the credentials supplied for the playground, I was able to deploy the example “pet store” API for API gateway. So it does look as if the supplied user will let you do basic things with that particular API. I did not use a stage, and deploy worked.
