Unable to create Virtual Network Gateway in Azure Playground

Hi Team,

I’m unable to create Virtual Network Gateway in Azure Playground, due to SKU restrictions.
As per the allowed limits in Playground the SKU type is as below.
Allowed:
SKU and Tier: VpnGw1
Generation: Generation1
Microsoft retired the creation of non-availability-zone (non-AZ) VpnGw1–VpnGw5 SKUs in the Azure Portal. (In azure calculator we can see VPNGW1 but in the deployment we cant find the same, why? - Microsoft Q&A)
Due to this the deployment is getting failed, please check and resolve this issue.

The playground doesn’t allow all kinds of resources – it might be a matter of cost, or sometimes, a resource isn’t allowed due to security implications. See our playground FAQ for more details.

I’ve just checked it, and this might be a valid issue. The KodeKloud Playground page says we can create a VPN gateway with the VpnGw1 SKU and the name kk-vpn-gateway, but we’re unable to create it.

Let me forward this to the team to check. I’ll keep you updated.
