Why I am unable to create users in Azure AD. I am using Azure playgrounds to practice. It’s says insufficient permissions. Why it’s restricted?
Please read this summary. TLDR? We restrict playgrounds for reasons of cost, security, and maintenance. When you create users, rights are usually also assigned to them.
