Unable to create services in kubernetes

Hi, while iam practicing in kubernetes lab in kodekloud iam not able to create a Load balancer in cluster to expose a sample app to public, its external IP is coming as pending all the time can anyone help me.

This can be achieved on the Cloud playground, not the DevOps playground, because it requires a cloud provider.

If the requirements are only to see the sample app page, click the button which is shown in the attached screenshot and enter the node port.
