Unable to Create RedShift Cluster Due to Missing Role

I am reaching out because I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to create a RedShift cluster. Despite being under the limits you provided, I am unable to create the cluster. The error message indicates that I do not have the **CreateCluster** role to proceed with this operation.

Could you kindly assist me with resolving this issue?
