Unable to create EKS cluster through AWS management console

Hi, I am new to AWS while create EKS cluster through AWS Management console getting below issue, any help is appreciate

user: arn:aws:iam::730335214540:user/kk_labs_user_435230 is not authorized to perform: iam:passrole

There are some permission limits in the Playground, so please follow the document Srikanth shared to create an EKS cluster in the KodeKloud Playground.
