Unable to create EKS cluster-IAM role issue

I am getting issue while creating the eks cluster in aws playground. It’s getting permission error even i have select only basic and under limit option.

Are you trying to create an EKS cluster on the AWS Playground?

can i access this cluster from my laptop mean my own laptop

If you follow the guide above, you can set up the EKS cluster from your PC or laptop because the infrastructure is provisioned in the AWS cloud, not on your local server. You can also use AWS CloudShell to access the cluster.
