Unable to create code commit repo in aws labs

Could you please share the name of the course and the lab?

https://learn.kodekloud.com/user/courses/aws-certified-developer-associate/module/184641b0-93ba-48d1-a9d7-1bc2b57db724/lesson/d9c44e50-4ea2-477e-9ea8-719c17a70390

Also tried with aws labs in practice section

This lab deals with creating Hosts and Connections for configuring the GitLab instance using the CodePipeline service.

Are you trying to create your own repo in the lab?
Did you try it on AWS Playgrounds,

both I tried. its not working attached screenshot for reference

The lab you are working with does not have permission to create repositories. It deals with creating Host and Connections.

Please provide in which lab environment I can practice complete end to end deployment using AWS. As I am unable to find solution for this.

Hi @Sanket_K

Give this lab a try:

https://learn.kodekloud.com/user/courses/aws-codepipeline-ci-cd-pipeline/module/d0ecdc6d-aba5-4798-80c9-171edb45c9dc/lesson/4ebbcb9e-e655-4977-a97f-4c2f4ccf920c

By the end of the lab, you will deploy a CI/CD pipeline with build, test, and deployment stages that deploy an application to an EC2 instance.

Hi @Sanket_K

In this lab, we don’t need to use CodeCommit. The lab uses GitLab as the Git repository, which is why you are not allowed to create a CodeCommit repository here.
