Unable to create azure VM Standard_D2s_v3

I got this error when I tried to deploy Standard_D2s_v3 VM in central india region

Deployment to resource group ‘ODL-azure-808440’ failed.

Fixed; I was trying to deploy with Premium SSD instead of Strand one. Now It is fixed
