Unable to create Azure Devops organization

Goal: From Azure Cloud, wanted to create Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Issue: While trying to create an organization, facing the issue as attached in the snapshot.

Azure DevOps is not a supported service on Azure Playgrounds.
