Unable to Create Appseervices Instance

Hi Im unable to create an Appservice instance. I keep getting the error message below on attempt.
Ive tried from multiple regions. kindly assist

Please go with the SKU type - dev/test with basic.

Tha Basic worked but Standard failed, thanks. though the Basic failed the last time I tried.
So it seems like an SKU limitation as at today. Please can you provide clarity on the set SKU limitations for all resources
