Unable to create a VM on Azure

Hi - Even though I have opted for playgrounds, am not able to create a VM or any resource in Azure.

If you’re using the Azure Playground, make sure you’re within the allowed limits, as resources might be restricted. Also, try logging out and back in or check if your subscription has any active restrictions.
