Unable to create a project

When I try to create a project, I need to select a location. It is ‘No Organization’ but it shows as below.
You do not have the required “resourcemanager.projects.create” permission to create projects in this location.

Please do needful.

Is this using our playground, or is this on you personal account?

If this is our playground, then when the playground starts up, you’re put in a project. So just use the pre-created project; no need to create a new one.

thx for your response Rob,
If I am facing problems in creating Compute Engines or Instance groups etc… due to lack of permissions in the playground, What information you are expecting me to post for you to troubleshoot?

First, make sure you read the “limits” portion of the information in the launch page. We support creating instances as long as you stay within those limits.
