Unable to connect to virtual Machine

Hi Team,
I am using MobaXterm to connect to virtual machine, but its showing
Connection Refused.
Kindly help on the same. I am blocked due to this.

Hi @mmkmou , just now it got solved using one of existing answers.
used command
nmcli connection up enp0s3, it gave the ip address of VM machine
