Unable to complete task - somtehing went wrong

Hello there,
I have been assigned a new task 16 however everytime I tried to open it after 2-3s I have an error

Uh oh! Something went wrong

Tried to restart the chrome, tried also safari, log out and logged back in - same error. When I looked in chrome dev tools

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Followed by 401

{"error":"Token is already used."}

Thanks in advance for any help with that.

Same here, “Uh oh! Something went wrong.” when trying to access labs.
