Unable to backup using ThinBackup plugin in Jenkins

I’m trying to take a backup using the ThinBackup plugin in Jenkins. But I’m getting the below error even though I have created a directory in my local VM. Any help would be much appreciated. PFA the image for reference.

Error: “The directory does not exist, but will be created before the first run.”

It is not an error it is a warning. You should be able to proceed without issue.

Please ensure you are on the right host and then run ls -al /home/osboxes/jenkinsbackup to check if the path exists
