Unable to assign new roles or permissions to default users provided by AWS Playground

In AWS Playground, default users come with pre-configured permissions. I need the ability to assign additional roles or permissions to these users for testing purposes, but currently, the platform does not allow modifying their roles. Guidance on how to grant extra permissions to default users would be helpful.
